Field Trips - Experiencing Arts and Technology Class
Although we make every effort to adhere to the regular schedule, please note that trip dates, times and experiences are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sign up online during registration.
If this is your only seated class please note:
ALL students must attend their chosen seated class prior to or on the semester's count day. Failure to attend within this count day window may result in the student not being included in the school's official enrollment count for the semester and the student may be denied participation in Partnership activities. If the student is actively participating in another seated class in addition to field trips, this rule does not apply, but four trips must still be taken for the semester.
All trips begin at 8:00 a.m. for a speaker at BS Middle School unless otherwise noted (required meeting place). Ending times are the approximate arrival by bus back at the school. It is important that when two locations are scheduled in a day, both are attended in order to complete a full day’s seated class time.
Every effort is made to schedule trips in every geographic direction. There is bound to be a time for everyone when coming to Berrien Springs first in the morning is inconvenient, but it is required in order for the trip to count. We are free to return straight home when finished, and it shouldn’t be the case for every trip. We are fortunate that the school is in the center of our area!
Please remember to turn in your pre- and post-trip assignments to Sarah via email, or you may bring them to the trip. You can look up your student’s assignment status at http://thepartnershipprogram.wikispaces.com.
